If dimensions and square footage are included, they are also approximations*. Users of said information are advised that all measurements and other specifications relating to the property should be independently verified. 

 

Panoramic Studio, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns, accept no liability for the accuracy of any of the illustrations, measurements and/or representations provided with respect to any property, nor do they accept any liability related to any actions, causes of action, or claims of every nature and kind whatsoever arising out of or in consequence of any damage or loss to any person related to or arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of the use, and reliance upon, the renderings.

 

If for any reason litigation arises that causes the purchaser of any Panoramic Studio product or service to bring litigation against Panoramic Studio or any of its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns, it is hereby agreed that the maximum damages that could be awarded to those utilizing Panoramic Studio’s visualization services and/or platform would be a total amount not greater than the amount paid to Panoramic Studio.

How measurements are taken:  

* Unless otherwise specified on the floor plan, If dimensions are shown,

   they include the longest and widest dimensions of each room.

* Room measurements and square footage do not include enclosed closet spaces.

* Room measurements are taken from the inner side of each wall.
