Notes to keep in mind:

* These services are in beta mode, so there is no guarantee on number of spaces staged/converted. 
* Virtual stageing is only applied to empty rooms
* Final output is landscape format.
* Virtually staged videos are meant for marketing and illustrative purposes only and may not be suitable for use on     MLS. Please confirm MLS rules with your brokerage or board.

* Custom adjustments to the virtual stageing are not available
